About SJJA

The SJJA, as governing body, provide an efficient and effective administrative framework and national focus for Ju Jitsu in Scotland, by developing and strengthening the state-of-the-art and broadening the participation opportunities to Scotland's people.

Established in 1979, The Scottish Ju Jitsu Association is a membership body open to all associations, clubs or groups practising Jujitsu anywhere in Scotland.

We liaise with other regulatory bodies, organisations, agencies etc., to ensure effective regulation of Jujitsu and its related arts.

Act as an advisory body on all matters appertaining to the sport and practice of Ju Jitsu through liaison with statutory and voluntary bodies, news media and other relevant parties..

Support Services

Provide members with such services and support as may be available through membership of the Association.
